A business and personal coach for women, Yehudit Lynn Yosef, MSW, a mother of five, grew up in the Midwest, in the United States, Yehudit moved to Israel with her family in 1990.

The focus of her practice is on helping women successfully define, plan and move through life transitions. Yehudit works with women worldwide to re-define their goals and thus, plan their future.

Having experienced the adjustment and transition of being a new immigrant herself, it is her passion to assist women through a variety of life changing transitions. By guiding each woman to marshal her individual resources and strengths, clients are able to create a healthy and meaningful future.

Yehudit is a graduate of the University of Illinois, School of Social Work, with an MSW and an Associate Addictions Counselor. She uses the energy technique of EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques in her coaching to efficiently clear harmful patterns and beliefs.

Her coach training and certification was through Mentorcoach.

She is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

Yehudit is interested in the relationship of the mind, body and spirituality to overall health and wellbeing.

It is my goal to help you accomplish yours. I have seen that there is immeasurable untapped creative energy, and potential to perform and accomplish within each one of us.
