Having a coach to walk through changes and transitions is similar to

having a tour guide. As a coach, I have learned what, and how to ask
the right questions, and, to listen to what you say, AND to what you don’t say.

The simple act of listening can even eliminate the fear of change and the unknown.

As a coach, I am dedicated to my job as a “tour guide” trying to find out where
it is that you wish to go and what you want to see. Another part of being your
“tour guide” is to point out “points of interest” about which you might not be aware.
Just as, while touring, some of the “off the route” stops are the most interesting and
stimulating, it is the same in coaching. As the tour is in progress, it is common to
be amazed at just how far one has “traveled” and all the new things one has learned.
